For the month of May, Baby Pizza is collaborating with Prahran Market’s infamous Maker & Monger to deliver FORMAGGIO, a delectable cheese extravaganza.
FORMAGGIO will run all May long as Baby’s Senior Sous Chef, Anthony Simone serves up delicious eats using Maker & Monger’s cheese that are guaranteed to satisfy even the most extreme cheese lovers.
On offer will be Panini’s for breakfast and lunch, with the option of Pecorino Sardo with mortadella, fior di latte and balsamic glazed baby onions for $13.50 or Italian Salme with fontina, giardiniera and watercress on a sourdough toastie for $14.50.
For the pizza lovers out there, Baby will be serving up Pizza Quattro Formaggi for $25.50, with provolone, fior di latte, taleggio, gorgonzola dolce and salame cacciatore. Pasta options include Ravioli Caprese filled with house made ricotta, scamorza, heirloom tomatoes, basil and reggiano for $18.50, Maccheroni al Forno, with baked ditali macaroni with taleggio, autumn mushroom ragu and nduja for $28.50, or Pasta al Formaggio Fuso with linguine, reggiano wheel, lemon and extra virgin olive oil for $24.00.
For dessert don’t look past the Calzone Di Ricotta e fici Selvaggi for $19.50, which is calzone filled with candied wild figs, ricotta and vanilla gelato.
The Panini’s are available for breakfast and lunch, and guests will need to pop in for lunch between Thursday and Sunday in order to reward their tastebuds with the Pasta al Formaggio Fuso.
