Half Acre Hosts Boozy Courtyard Brunch with Live Music for Melbourne Food and Wine Festival
All-day brunch has never looked better as Half Acre prepare to host an epic Melbourne Food and Wine Festival buffet brunch on Saturday the 23rd and Sunday the 24th of March – the only brunch event on the festival’s calendar.
To add to this never-ending feast of deliciousness, guests are encouraged to create their own Bloody Marys all day long at the eatery’s DIY Bloody Mary table, while enjoying live music and entertainment throughout the event.
Expect the ultimate brunch menu including Vincotto Roasted Figs, Challah French Toast with Rosewater Berry Compote, Bacon Mushroom and Egg Pie and Roasted Pear with Saffron and Bay Leaf Custard, and Walnut Crumble. Also on offer is Potato, Silverbeet and Lemon Yoghurt, Pizza, Hot Smoked Salmon Dip with Dill and Pickled Green Chilli, and an assortment of fresh breads and bagels with whipped butter and preserves.
Wash down brunch with unlimited Bloody Mary’s, or for those partial to a gin or spritz, Half Acre is also offering special Half Acre gin & tonics, Aperol Sour’s and Elderflower Spritz a new addition to their cocktail list.
Tucked between the glasshouse eatery and lively open kitchen, Half Acre’s courtyard creates the perfect setting for this extraordinary version a much-loved, Melburnian weekend ritual.
Tickets cost $58 per person, and are inclusive of the Buffet Brunch and all the Bloody Mary’s you can drink. Other drinks are also available to purchase at bar prices.
